This Willow is located near the children's play area (not the sport area).

This Willow survived the bombing on Aug 6, 1945 (Showa 20). It was located on the grounds of the Hiroshima Prefectural Technical School, which itself was located in front of the Hiroshima Prefectural Industrial High School. It was transplanted here in 1911 (Meiji 44).
